SecureIron Perimeter Traffic Managers Series

SecureIron perimeter traffic managers offer all-in-one-security and traffic management. They provide Layer 2 through Layer 7 switching, security, and traffic management to argument existing firewalls and to optimize application performance over the WAN. The SecureIron switches help protect enterprise networks against multi-gigabit network and application-layer threats. They maximize WAN utilization and optimize application performance across multiple ISP links providing Internet connectivity as they distribute traffic over multiple ISP links. These SecureIrons also provide failover for high availability Internet access without the need for complex Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) routing.

SecureIron LAN Switches Series

SecureIron LAN switches protect the core network from threats originating at the edge. They protect edge users and devices from network-based threats and are built for ASIC-based architecture for inline network-wide deployment. They deliver perimeter-like security enforcement inside the LAN which includes device and user authentication prior to granting network access, identity-based service access control, and deep packet inspection of application traffic for vulnerabilities.
