NetIron XMR Series Backbone Routers Series

Foundry NetIron XMR Series of powerful multiservice backbone routers (IPv4/IPv6/MPLS) have terabit-scale architecture. The NetIron XMR routers are designed for the most demanding ISP, inter-Metro backbone, Cable/MSO, and multi-service backbone applications. They feature wire-speed, low latency, and jitter routing for IPv4, IPv6, MPLS, and MPLS VPN services. These routers are designed for high-end performance Layer 2 switching. The NetIron XMR Series includes: NetIron XMR 4000, NetIron XMR 8000, NetIron XMR 16000, and NetIron XMR 32000.

NetIron M2404 MPLS Metro Access Switches Series

Foundry NetIron M2404 Series switches can deliver Ethernet Private Line (EPL), Ethernet Virtual Private Line (EVPL), and Ethernet LAN (E-LAN) services at 10 Mbps, 100 Mbps, or 1 Gbps rates to subscribers in a cost-effective way. They also provide native support for MPLS-based Layer 2 VPN services such as point-to-point Virtual Leased Line (VLL) and multipoint Hierarchical VPLS (H-VPLS).

NetIron MLX Routers Series

Foundry NetIron MLX Series is a family of MPLS-enabled metro switching routers. This series complements the NetIron XMR Series of backbone routers by offering a highly versatile solution for the edge and aggregation layer.
