They work in conjunction with Cisco lightweight access points and Cisco Wireless Control System (WCS) to support business-critical wireless applications. They are designed for small and medium-sized businesses. These controllers have eight Ethernet ports, two of which can provide power directly to Cisco lightweight access points.
