Used Cisco ASR 9000 Series Aggregation Services
Routers
The
Cisco ASR 9006 Router in a 10-rack unit (RU) form factor
designed for space-constrained environments. The ASR 9006 router
uses the same line cards as the ASR 9010, it's just in a smaller
package. It comes with dual route switch processors (RSP), full
commons redundancy, and side to back airflow to allow for CO
deployment regardless of the horizontal slot orientation.
The Cisco ASR 9010 Router, the
largest of the ASR 9000 Series at 21rack units (RU), makes all
packet forwarding decisions and actions that take place on
individual line cards.
The high-density Ethernet line cards are equipped with a
high-density Ethernet, robust Hierarchical Quality of Service
(H-QoS), wide ranging security mechanisms, and integrated
Synchronous Ethernet capabilities. The ASR 9000 Series scales up
to 400 Gbps per slot and up to 6.4 Tbps per system.
