In order to get an accurate cost evaluation of what you have, we need you to supply the following information before the cost can be negotiated. Please jot down the following information and relate the information to us when you're ready:

  1. Identify the brand name, what it is, and the part number.
  2. Photograph the hardware
  3. How old is it?
  4. The condition: if equipment has a malfunction, explain what is wrong with it.
